Como premisas de proyecto, el desarrollo de un programa ajustado a una parcela en esquina, con un recibidor amplio pero sin disminuir el resto de espacios de la vivienda, limitada la superficie construida por la normativa local.
El proyecto se diseño como un equipo con los propietarios, una pareja dinámica y llena de vida. Desde la terraza se puede ver el mar y se dispone de una piscina en planta baja.
The project involves the construction of a house in Aguilas, near the beach.
As premises of the project, developing a program tailored to a corner plot with a large hall but without diminishing the other living spaces, limited local regulations by maximum built surface made this work harder than expected.
The project was designed as a team with the owners, a dynamic and full of life couple. From the terrace you can see the sea and the house has a swimming pool in the groundfloor.
