La residencia se encuentra dentro de un área de la ciudad densamente desarrollada. Hemos tratado de crear un hogar que ofrece patios interiores y vistas a la ciudad al mismo tiempo.

La idea era separar los pisos superior e inferior, la orientación de un espacio de vida a nivel del suelo que enmarca el jardín y la piscina, y un bloque de dormitorios en la primera planta apuntado hacia la ciudad.
"Esta configuración conceptual, se materializa mediante las operaciones de materiales geométricas y de luz.
La fuerza expresiva de esta configuración formal, muy elemental, en principio, se ve reforzada por una sutil distinción entre los dos volúmenes: la orientación de las aberturas principales de cada nivel refuerza así el carácter autónomo de los volúmenes.
La relación entre los volúmenes, proporcionan la necesaria protección solar de
la fachada.
El acristalamiento está algo lejos del borde de las fachadas para proporcionar un poco de sombra de la luz solar intensa del mediodía.

The residence is located within an area densely developed city. We have tried to create a home that offers courtyards and city views at the same time.
The idea was to separate the upper and lower floors, the orientation of a living space at ground level that frames the garden and pool, and a block of bedrooms on the first floor pointed toward the city.

The ratio between the volumes, provide the necessary protection of the front sun.
The glazing is set away from the edge of the facades to provide some shade from the intense sunlight noon.
The expressive force of this formal setting, very basic, in principle, is enhanced by a subtle distinction between the two volumes: the orientation of the main openings of each level reinforces the autonomous nature of the volumes.
The windows are aligned to the most favorable view, with the ground floor giving a glazed side facing the terrace. The glazed ends of the upper floor are two bedrooms with views of the surrounding city landscape.
