El restaurante se proyecta para el establecimiento de un
nuevo local de repostería en el centro histórico de Murcia. El local, que
recoge el antiguo nombre de la ciudad, desea desarrollar la tradición culinaria
local desde la innovación de la cocina contemporánea.
En el desarrollo del proyecto se estableció que se deseaba
realizar una tematización histórica a los ambientes de comida y recepción, con
algunos toques de modernidad.
El uso de materiales y soluciones constructivas
tradicionales generó el diseño final del local.

The space occupies the ground floor and basement of a traditional building in the historic town.
