El proyecto consiste en la reforma integral de una
vivienda cercana al mar en el sur de España. La vivienda con más de 30
años de antigüedad, había sido comprada recientemente por una familia de
origen inglés y necesitaba una intervención para:
A) Reformar y proteger la estructura, muy dañada por el ambiente marino.
B) Rediseñar los espacios habitables y su relación con el entorno y las magníficas vistas hacia el mar mediante la demolición de los tabiques existentes para generar una nueva distribución.
C) Adaptar estéticamente la vivienda a las necesidades de los nuevos propietarios.
D) Rediseñar los accesos y la zona de la terraza.
E) Crear una piscina incorporada a la vivienda y vinculada a la terraza.
F) Demoler la escalera existente y crear una nueva.
G) Reforzar los forjados interiores con problemas de curvatura.
H) Creación de nuevas entradas de luz mediante patios zen interiores.
I) Matizar la entrada de sol en las orientaciones mas duras.
J) Realizar una nueva planta sobre la planta baja existente.

The project involves the comprehensive reform of a house near the sea in
southern Spain. The house with more than 30 years old, was recently
bought by a family of English origin and needed intervention:
