Restaurante Elyte / Elyte Restaurant

Estamos desarrollando este proyecto para restaurante de comida de autor que pensamos es interesante y por eso compartimos. 

Habiendo comenzado a desarrollar proyectos  para licencias de apertura hace 14 años, desde el comienzo de la crisis trabajamos habitualmente con presupuestos más reducidos. Sin embargo, el promotor de hoy en día sabe que el mercado es muy competitivo y que la imagen que proyecta al exterior su negocio debe ser tan atractiva como el producto que vende, y esto nos da la oportunidad desarrollar propuestas más interesantes.

 

  El promotor del proyecto quiere establecer un restaurante de comida de autor vanguardista. Escogida la ubicación cercana al mar y con magníficas vistas era una condición preeminente la construcción de un espacio con una imagen moderna y rompedora. 

 

Por otra parte el propietario tenía claro que quería utilizar materiales nobles para realizar un edificio rompedor pero elegante, piedra, metal y cristal.

El desarrollo orgánico del  diseño busca establecer un juego para la búsqueda de la luz, la compartimentación funcional del interior y  la creación de vistas hacia el entorno.

 

 

Por otra parte se nos encarga el diseño del entorno del edificio añadiendo a los anteriores materiales el uso del agua y la creación de espacios alrededor de esta.

Cuisine  restaurant. Chosen a wonderful parcel and closest to the sea. The location has magnificent views. The preeminent condition for the construction was creating an space with a modern and groundbreaking image.

Moreover the owner had clearly wanted to use natural materials for a breakthrough and elegant building; these are stone, metal and glass.

The organic design development seeks to establish a game for the search of light, functional partitioning of the internal and creating views of the surroundings.

Moreover we design handles the building environment adding to the above materials using water and creating space around it.
