La vivienda esta realizada con un sistema constructivo mixto de madera y hormigón, utilizando piedras de las canteras de la zona y ladrillos de Valentín una pedania con tradición alfarera desde tiempos de los primeros asentamientos romanos en el S. II A.C.
The housing is made of a mixed system of construction in wood and concrete, using stones and slabs from the quarries in the area and bricks of a district named Valentine with wide pottery tradition since the time of the first Roman settlements in the S. II B.C.
