El proyecto se basa en la construcción de una vivienda para
una pareja joven de 4 dormitorios. Las premisas del diseño eran las habituales,
bajo presupuesto para la realización de una vivienda lo más amplia y
confortable posible que sin ser ostentosa tampoco pasase completamente
desapercibida y con calidades constructivas medias.
La solución alcanzada consigue a juicio de los propietarios
resolver ambos principios aprovechando la coyuntura para obtener magníficos
precios en la construcción con muy buenas calidades en materiales.
