Las premisas originales eran la creación de un conjunto arquitectónico y urbanístico coherente en una parcela de 5000 m2 destinada al hábitat de una familia de 4 miembros.
Los condicionantes del proyecto son:
- Los gustos estéticos de los clientes.
- La ubicación privilegiada de la parcela en una colina con vistas a un elemento patrimonial de referencia en el entorno como es la ermita de la Virgen de la Peña.
- Los accesos existentes en la parcela.
- La preexistencia de arbolado a conservar.
Además de la construcción de la vivienda se planteaba la necesidad de establecer unos criterios coherentes para la realización de otras instalaciones accesorias como piscina, barbacoas, jardines, fuentes etc….
