El proyecto se encuentra ubicado en una zona de nueva urbanización dentro del ámbito del Plan Especial de Reforma Interior del Centro Histórico de Cehegín.
Muy cercanas a la cuesta Moreno y la Iglesia del Santo Cristo, el entorno tiene una fuerte presencia histórica que condiciona la imagen exterior de las viviendas.
La distribución interior de las mismas dentro de las limitaciones de superficie de la calificación de V.P.O. ha intentado generar espacios amplios mediante la disminución al mínimo de zonas comunes y pasillos.
