El proyecto va a destinado a una pareja joven y dinámica muy interesada en el diseño y el deporte.
Los espacios son diáfanos y ambivalentes. Los recorridos interiores son mínimos en cuanto a que unos espacios se solapan con otros.
El uso de la piedra, el cristal, el acero inoxidable, el espacio y el hormigón como material base genera un aspecto sugerente en todos los recorridos interiores.
